- Personal and qualification information: When you use our Efficiency Index calculator, we collect your email address and the answers you provide (e.g. industry, headcount, tech stack, error rate, and industry-specific inputs such as volumes and workflows). We also calculate and store your efficiency score and estimated manual work cost. When you request a Strategic Blueprint (from the Efficiency Index or the Strategy page), we collect your full name, company name, role (job title), and region. When you book a strategy session, create a client portal account, or contact us through other forms, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and job title.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect data on how you interact with our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site.
- Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store or view your full credit card details on our servers. All financial data is handled directly by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for the following commercial purposes:
- To run the Efficiency Index calculator, deliver your efficiency results, and (if you request it) assess eligibility and prepare the Strategic Blueprint.
- To deliver our services and access to the Client Portal.
- To process payments and generate invoices.

- Direct Marketing: To send you updates, insights, or service information relevant to your industry. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

3. Third-Party Sub-Processors (Our Tech Stack)

- Supabase: For database hosting and data storage.
- Stripe: For payment processing and billing.

- Vercel: For website hosting and infrastructure.

4. Cookies and Analytics

- Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure website usage. IP anonymization is enabled by default to protect your privacy.
